5. Captree State Park

The 340 acres that make up Captree State Park host a variety of different outdoor activities. The park is within the fishing grounds and has two piers ideal for fishing, while the shoreline is perfect the perfect spot for trying your hand at crabbing. The park has spectacular views over Fire Inlet, making it a popular choice among photographers.

 

6. Argyle Park

Argyle Park is ideally suited for families looking to spend some time outdoors. The loop trail takes in the lake and waterfall and includes a playground for the kids. It is a popular location for residents over the summer months.
